Our Story
Founded in 2003
Assisted Living Locators was founded with a simple but powerful purpose: to help families make confident, informed decisions when searching for senior care. What began as a mission to guide older adults and their loved ones through an often overwhelming process has grown into a national franchise network of compassionate local advisors.
The brand was originally founded by Angela Olea, a registered nurse who saw firsthand how difficult it could be for families to understand their care options. Her vision helped establish a service built on personal guidance, trusted relationships, and a deep commitment to helping families find the right support for their loved ones.
Today, Assisted Living Locators continues that mission through a growing network of franchise owners who serve as trusted senior care advisors in their local communities.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower seniors and their families to make informed decisions about senior living. We do this by providing them with the necessary information and support to find the perfect care options that ensure they can age with dignity, comfort, and joy.
Our Process
We are a 100% free service. We are compensated by the home-care provider or senior living community selected.
We provide experts with a certified local care advisor in your area. Our senior living expert will serve as your professional guide, as well as support through this often challenging experience. By working with an ALL advisor®, families receive the following support:

Our Brand President
Felicia Sanders serves as Brand President of Assisted Living Locators, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in franchise operations, business development, and strategic growth. Throughout her career, she has led national franchise organizations, supported hundreds of business owners, and built high-performing teams focused on operational excellence and customer experience.
Prior to joining Assisted Living Locators, Felicia held senior leadership roles with nationally recognized franchise brands, including Woodhouse Spa, Massage Envy, and Mrs. Fields Famous Brands.
As Brand President, Felicia is focused on strengthening the Assisted Living Locators network by supporting franchise owners, enhancing operational systems, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring families receive the trusted guidance and personalized service the brand is known for. She is passionate about helping franchisees grow successful businesses while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
