She is passionate about empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential and achieve outstanding results. Her last role was VP of a local bank in the tech talent space. Colleen and her partner Jon have five daughters, four sons-in-law, five grandchildren, and a grand pup or two. They live in the quaint village of Hamburg, NY, and enjoy summers at Chautauqua Lake. Outside of work, Colleen love to travel, spend time with family and friends, read books, bike ride, go boating, camping, kayaking, cooking, baking, and playing all kinds of games. He served twenty-eight years as a U.S. Navy officer and over two years as a civil servant on the U.S. Air Force staff, specializing for the last fifteen in foreign affairs. He speaks, reads, and writes in seven languages and loves speaking with people from all walks of life and solving problems for clients. He is thrilled to be working now in the senior care sector, where he seeks to help our precious seniors find solutions that bring fulfillment and dignity.
