About Deniece Caldwell & Jon Coburn
Deniece and Jon bring a combined 13 years of healthcare experience to Assisted Living Locators. Deniece is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has spent the past five years in healthcare between SNF, ALF and MC. She received her MBA from Union University. Deniece’s background includes over 20+ years of experience in finance/accounting and a previous licensed EMT. Deniece has four grown children and seven grandchildren. She makes her home in Jackson, TN.
Jon has an extensive background in the healthcare industry as well, helping mostly on the HR/Recruiting and Sales side of LTC and Psych. Jon played collegiate baseball and graduated with a degree in Psychology. He and his wife are high school sweethearts and have three young girls at home, living right outside of Jackson, TN.
