I learned of Chad from a memory care facility that didn't have beds and I was desperate to find a place for my mother the week between Christmas and New Years. Chad took the time to speak with me and scheduled 3 tours based on our budget and desired location all during a time of year he could have been spending celebrating the holidays with family and friends yet he took the time to help our family.He treated our family with respect and empathy as he had traveled the same road from experience in seeking care for his own beloved mother. The first place Chad took was the place, it was perfect. The location was right, the care givers were warm and welcoming, and we made a decision without hesitation that mom was going to be in the best place. A place where she would be safe and taken care of while we lived our busy lives with a young family and work.Chad's advice was to give mom 3 months in the care home so she could stabilize after being in and out of the hospital and rehab facilities for the past 6 months after having a stroke. His advice was spot on. Mom stabilized and didn't return to the hospital during the 3 months. She was getting 3 meals a day, meds administer at the appropriate time, her laundry was being done, and the staff kept my mom clean and dressed. She even said to me "I feel so lucky to live here. I am so well taken care of". We decided to keep her in the assisted living home as it was the best place for her, for all of us.Mom lived 6 months under the care that Chad helped our family find. Every step of mom's decline, Chad's initial recommendation provided a similar experience. Each needed step was referred by someone in his circle, and I know that my mom lived out her live with dignity and was well taken care of thanks to Chad.I owe so much to Chad now that my mom is gone. As her daughter, I am proud that I was able to find her a place to live out her final days in comfort and peace.

I met Chad right before my mother passed. I had hoped she had more time and we would be able to utilize his recommendations. I wish I had met him 6 months ago! He is one of the most amazing people i have ever met! I would highly recommend him to anyone that has a parent, friend or family member that needs help with placement. His knowledge of what needs to be done is super outstanding. I have taken his information to hand out to others.
