While I took a different route from what was being offered to me Regie has been very nice, a gentleman. He educated me of what to do & patiently visited me during our conversation. He is very knowledgeable of the system and processes. He provided options that will benefit me. He provided table showing me the difference between a Community and Board & Care options. A very likable person
