To say that my experience with John and Lori was outstanding does not even do their service justice. In the middle of a crisis situation, having to quickly and immediately find assisted living care for my loved one following a health incident, John and Lori came to the rescue. They made a very stressful and difficult situation as painless and easy as possible. They listened to concerns and special needs and found facilities that would offer appropriate levels of care. They are passionate about what they do and are extremely supportive through the entire process, jumping in to handle hiccups along the way. A wealth of information and support. I couldn’t have done this without them! So very grateful for all they did to make this transition a smooth one for my loved one.
