I have been dealing with Ramona Mauer since my mother's hospital admission sometime in early January of this year. Since then, she has offered assistance through my mother's journey in rehab and arranged her admission into her current residential care facility. I spent a delightful time with Ramona Maurer looking for a comfortable place for my husband who had lost his vision and ability to walk from a stroke. I didn’t want to leave him anywhere, but she helped me find exactly the right kind of “home” that I had been hoping to find. He seems very comfortable there and I am very happy with it.
