From the outset, Tory presented herself to be a highly knowledgeable and reliable ally who embraced our goal of obtaining a safe, caring, affordable, and healthy environment for my Dad. Her commitment to that goal made this new experience much more streamlined and understandable than it would have been otherwise. Tory's energy is infectious and was a key motivator for us when the emotional weight of having to place a loved one into a home became heavy. She explained, in detail, the challenges we would face during this process and ensured us that she would be with us every step of the way. That promise was made and well kept! In fact, during one disappointing period when a housing application fell through, Tory was immediately able to present an alternative that proved to be even better than the first one. As a result, my Dad is now in a comfortable and caring facility, where his well being is of utmost importance to a very capable staff. I am certain this would not have been possible if not for the incredible patience, thoughtfulness, determination, and expertise Tory brings. In the span of 3 weeks, she gave our family the confidence to navigate the process of searching for suitable care. Tory helped us find a community for my mother, and I can wholeheartedly recommend her service. Through the process I have never once felt like Tory had anything but our family’s interest in mind. She knows the assisted living communities in the Springs inside and out, stays current with any recent changes, and educates herself on current practices in elder care. She gives us valuable advice, helped us narrow our choices, and was with us on our first visit to each place. We weren’t quite ready to move just then, but she reassured us she would stick with us whether it took two months or two years. True to her word, she has continued to be invaluable as we get mom adjusted to her new home. Five stars isn’t enough for her!
