Rich Martin was a pleasure to work with! He patiently listened to our needs as we searched for an assisted living facility for our Dad. He understands how challenging and important this kind of decision is to make. He accompanied us on tours of multiple facilities and even took photos for us! He is very knowledgeable and helped us know what to look for and what questions to ask while taking tours. Rich is a good listener and genuinely cares for the families he is assisting.
