Laura was a lifesaver! My dad had quickly become fairly wheelchair dependent due to a fall, and the AL we "heard" had the best reputation was pretty awful, landing him in a nursing home (which was even more awful). I was referred to AL Locators of Charlotte and ended up moving my dad to a wonderful facility where he gets the personalized care he needs. I did not even know the type of facility existed, so never came across it in my research. My husband and I are so glad we contacted Assisted Living Locators. During what was a confusing and difficult time, Robin was kind and comforting. She knew what to ask us to narrow down the choices of care homes according to what we were looking for. She arranged tours, met us at each one, and asked good questions that we hadn’t even considered.
