Steve worked diligently to serve our needs. My father was ready to make the change to assisted living, but didn't feel comfortable doing it quickly. We did not feel pressured or coerced into picking a facility. We toured 4 or 5 facilities that were recommended by Assisted Living Locators and were not steered away from touring other facilities for comparison. The only goal of Steve's was making sure we were comfortable.
