Found the perfect place for my Father.

When it came time to move my mother from out of state to Texas near me, Traci was my go-to-gal!. It took us several months to get Mom "comfortable" with the idea.....or at least accepting of it. Traci helped us with tours, suggestions, & visits to get to know mom and what would be best options. No move is easy, but Traci was warm & informative, sharing personal experience as well. She made BOTH Mom and I comfortable with the process. She also offered contacts for moving out of state & TX Medicare questions. I've passed her name on to friends as well - to make their journey a bit easier. It takes a village....and you want to have Traci there with you.

We worked with Traci Duff to show my mom some independent living places in North Texas where she might be more comfortable as she ages. Traci was extremely responsive and knowledgeable, called me almost immediately after the referral was sent from our local Assisted Living Locator (in another state where I live). She answered all of my questions, proactively pointed out some things we would need to know, and anticipated the worries my mom would have. Traci met us to view some properties and helped us understand how each place works, super helpful given this was our first time navigating the independent living landscape. In the end, Mom decided not to move ahead but I strongly recommend Traci. She helped us immensely and when Mom decides she is ready, I will definitely be contacting Traci again.
