My experience with your organization was entirely through Lesley. I feel badly right now that I never knew her last name. I am 66 years old and I am confident in saying that I have never had a better customer service experience than with her. I am a retired lawyer. I’m used to complicated situations. But elderly care and elderly living arrangements for my mother were terrifyingly complex. Lesley patiently walked me through everything and explained complicated issues in ways that were easy to understand. She helped me set reasonable expectations for outcomes. She helped me find the right care and living arrangements for my mom both in terms of her health needs and finances. This extended to going with me on visits to senior facilities and helping me ask important questions that I would not have thought to ask on my own. She has followed up with me every step in the process to make sure all of my questions are answered and all of my concerns are addressed. Conservatively, her efforts, input and knowledge saved me at least 6 months in my search. In summary, Lesley was an unexpected jewel that I was lucky to stumble into by contacting your service. Thank you for employing her. Whatever you’re paying her, pay her more. And no, I’m not her father, just a very satisfied customer.

Danelle was wonderful. The need for assisted living happened rather quickly. Danelle held a phone conference with myself and out of state sibling. We were able to state our primary needs and concerns for our parents. Within a week we had places to tour! We ended up choosing York Gardens because of location, and high rating of memory care.
