In early January 2024 it became apparent that it was necessary to move from Midland, MI to an independent living facility in Ann Arbor, MI. Through a family member who lived in Ann Arbor, Arlene was contacted to find a facility for my wife (who has Alzheimer's) and I. Arlene reviewed all the needs/requirements and set up a tour of two places that she felt best matched or requirements. I toured the two places she thought would best meet our needs, selected the one that seemed best, and we moved the first week of March to the new location. Then in late July, my wife's condition changed and made it necessary to look for an Alzheimer's facility. Again, Arlene was called and she quickly found two locations that she thought would best fit my wife's condition. I toured both and again selected the one that seem to best of the two. In both cases, the move to independent living and then moving my wife to the Alzheimer's home were the perfect match. The ability that Arlene has to match the needs of the client to the best facility are nothing short of phenomenal. She has continued to follow-up with me to make sure that both my wife and I are doing well in our respective facilities. Thank you Arlene for your help in finding the right location for both of us.
