It was an absolute pleasure to work with Melissa and Jay. My grandmother had a fall and after a hospitalization and abysmal care in a skilled nursing rehab, needed more round the clock care than our family could offer. My mom was referred to Melissa and Jay. She worked with Melissa to narrow down our choices to a few assisted living group homes. We then toured 3 of them with Jay. He was incredibly helpful and insightful. We felt reassured by his knowledge of the homes and their quality. My grandma has been in her group home for about 4 days now. We all just love the caregivers and the attention she is receiving there. She’s already made huge strides physically that she was not making in rehab. I never knew these types of placement services existed and I didn’t know smaller group home assisted living was an option either.
