John Horton literally led us through the entire process of choosing the right facility for our mother’s needs. He went above and beyond in addition to scheduling tours, accompanying us on the tours and making us aware of VA financial assistance that was available to us. This was the first time we have been through this and he explained step by step to us and made us very comfortable and informed.
