I "found" Allison (or she "found" me) in December 2024 after submitting a senior care consultation request via seniorly.com. She spent over 90-minutes during our initial call to understand my mother's evolving care situation. In February 2025, I reached out to her to perform assisted living (AL) facility research in the Chicago NW suburbs meeting several requirements. Allison presented several options and one that was a clear "winner". We're currently in process to move "Mom" to that location. Allison has been excellent throughout the process -- highly knowledgeable, responsive, and empathetic. Highly recommend her!
