I was extremely impressed with this service and with Karen, who guided me through the process of finding and visiting independent and assisted living facilities in the Dayton, Ohio area. Karen is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all the details of these facilities. She spent time getting to know me so that she could find the best places for us to visit. She educated me about the different types of places and the advantages and disadvantages of each type. I can't imagine a better person to work with. Strongly recommended.

Karen was such a valuable resource from the very beginning. She listened to our needs and based on that, matched us with appropriate sites. She provided advance information on each and then accompanied us to those that we selected for the initial walk-through. My mother has yet to move but we know where to go if and when she transitions.
