I worked with Donna Scott of Assisted Living Locators. I was very impressed at her knowledge of all the options, all the facilities and their ownership and staff. All very important for making such a big decision. Donna worked quickly and within budget. Donna's expertise and wisdom made a confusing and stressful task of placing my mom in the best possible AL environment, very easy and sensible. Brilliant! I highly recommend Donna and this company. Very impressive local knowledge of the area and of the industry.

Assisted Living Locators was an incredible asset and specifically because of Don. He is an excellent listener and after assessing my situation , presented me that same day with 4 extremely viable options to explore as potential residences for my sister - places that I would not have otherwise considered. He had established relationships with the admissions staff at these spots which was helpful. He accompanied me on 2 of the 4 tours I arranged. Once I had chosen one of the facilities, he supported me and stayed in communication as I encountered a lengthy and very complicated state to state guardianship transfer process. He is a humanitarian and a “people person” with whom I’m grateful to have connected, and Assisted Living Locators was a tremendous assistance in my search for a placement.

I was looking to place my 92 year old mother in law into an assisted living/supportive living community in February 2021. After countless phone calls to facilities in the area, I was referred to call Don Hull. Don was very patient and thorough. He paved the way to help her get into the perfect community to meet her and our needs. Mom moved into the facility in March. Don was there to help us every step of the way, from recommending facilities all the way through the application process and move in. Since that move-in in March, she was diagnosed with dementia and is now in need of placement to a long term memory care facility. I immediately called Don for assistance. Although it has been several months since he last assisted us, he remembered every detail of our conversations, which was quite impressive! Even though he is not able to assist us with Medicaid memory care placement, he was quick to provide us with 2 referrals. We highly recommend his services!
