My family situation could not be more complex, as my mom is somewhat alone, with children out of town, with their own serious health issues; and of course we want to support our elderly mother as best as possible when choosing a transfer for a long-term care facility that was unexpected; Joanne became an immediate member of the family and goes above and beyond a 9 to 5 schedule to get done what the family needs, how the family needs it. On top of that, her knowledge of the industry and every location, whether it be assisted living, long-term memory care, etc. is like a personal search engine of the area! I normally do not write reviews, but she’s brought such relief to the process that’s still in the thick of it ,that I asked for a connection to document a review. Joanne provides one stop shop when everything is confusing during hard times & making good decisions for your elderly parent.
