Mark is a knowledgeable and upbeat guide through the world of Senior Living. He has visited every location multiple times and can provide "inside" information on the staff, the quality of the food, and the overall vibe of each place. He listens carefully to what you want, organizes the tours for you, and then wants to hear feedback on your impressions. Such a relief, as we were overwhelmed and tired! Call him!

Mark Milstead of Assisted Living Locators was extremely helpful in getting my 102 year old Mom situated. We had previously settled Mom into an assisted-living-only facility, but management there almost immediately started freaking out when Mom would venture near or even mention one of the alarmed fire doors (which all senior facilities must have, if I understand correctly). They insisted that Mom be removed after less than one month. I contacted Mark and he described the positive experience he had had with Brookstone Terrace, which is a bit unusual in that it combines assisted living with memory care (with an all-inclusive rate, meaning that costs won't continue top rocket upwards with additional 'levels of care' being applied). I probably would not have assessed that facility, since it's a little farther away from our home, but Mom has been there for many days now, and all seems to be going just fine. She has sought out a fire exit at least once, but Brookstone told me they had no problem 'redirecting' her. Yay! Thanks Mark!

Mark Milstead went above the call of duty to help me with the care of a family member. When I had lost all hope of having a person of integrity help, Mark, who visits the places he considers and recommends, stepped into our lives. I am so grateful for his excellent and couldn't believe he came to the location on our day to move in and sign all paper work. My family and I highly recommend this person and this company.
